According to our interpretation of reality, you reside inside a form, a body, and you perceive as an subject, objects, or things, that reside externally to you, in an external universe. That is the general common interpretation of reality. I, inside the body, through the senses, perceive, see, touch, smell, hear objects, things. Through the senses, I bring that information to me, whatever I think I am. I, a separate I, an independent I. But our proposition is not to base our experience of reality in interpretation. But to check it. When I touch an object, a texture, where this touching, perception happens. When I see a person, when I see a tree, when I see a car, where this sight happens? At a distance somewhere, in the car, in the tree, in the middle? When I smell, where the smelling happens? When I hear a song, when I hear a song, where this hearing happens? The smell, sight, touching, hearing, doesn't happen in the sound, in the guitar, in the radio, in the stereo, in the bird. When I hear that the sound happens, inside, no? Inside. And all the perceptions and sensations happens inside. You hear the song, not there. Here. Here. Here, doesn't matter, you can see here, inside. But here, that is the place where every thought, emotion, sensation, or perception happens. Take place. Here. When? Now. You see something now. You cannot see something yesterday, it means, that are only memories. But even when you remember, you remember it now. So every experience, thought, emotion, sensations happens here and now. All the universe, all the world is in you, in you. Here and now. What about you? The subject. Where the subject is? Here. Here. Here. In that here, that you say, you are here, here, you smell here, you see here, and where you are? Here. Same place. And when you are? now - this is what we can call the collapse of the subject in the object, or the object in the subject when both of them become one. Because awareness is all what is. So all the world is nothing else but awareness, aware of itself. Perception perceives itself. Knowingness, knowing itself.
